Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Clearance items (if marked non-returnable)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it for free.
